Dr. Melani Kapetanakos
Board-certified prosthodontist dedicated to restoring smiles and oral health through the art of prosthodontics.
Dr. Kapetanakos is a board-certified Prosthodontist. In 2003, she received her DDS from New York University College of Dentistry (NYUCD). Following graduation, she pursued her interests in prosthodontics at NYUCD, earning a Certificate in Prosthodontics in 2007 and being awarded the Kenneth Adisman Award for outstanding resident.
Dr. Kapetanakos continued her education in Prosthodontics with a Maxillofacial Prosthetics Fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in 2015. She has spent her career dedicated to aiding her patients in restoring their smiles and oral health through the art of prosthodontics.
She is the author of several articles in her field and often travels with dental outreach programs serving communities in Jamaica.
